Very well written...poor Darlene, even though she brought it on herself

this was actually an enjoyable short, i didn't notice any typos, and there is something to be learned from it. So it's all in all a success. good job.

I really like this. The images were so real, I felt like I was standing there. Great work!

I really hated Darlene, but the ending made me feel a little sorry for her. This was a well-written story; keep writing.

I think it's awesome that your one-shots are connected in little ways. I had to glance over "Yesterday's Innocence" again because I'd forgotten that the character's name was Stephanie, but now it all makes sense!

I like the writing in this story, it's done in a very descriptive style that's nice for a one-shot because it fills it out a little, makes it more worthwhile to read. I can't wait to see where this story goes next.

I had liked Darlene up until Cathy called. I can understand liking someone so much it hurts to see them with another person, but going through the process of ruining their life just to get revenge? That's absurd and quite cruel. I think scientists or other persons of authority would call it an obsession that got too out of hand.

I like this one-shot. I don't really see a need for a continuation, unless you want to tell us of what happened after this day. I can only imagine what the relationship would be like. One word: Horrible.

In a PS to this review, I would like to thank you for reviewing two of my pieces and favoriting two of them. I appreciate it.

this was really good, though the chracters were a little confusing to follow at the beginning. it became clearer near the end though.

and thanks for reviewing Defy all Odds, which is getting a different name: Friend or Foe. just a heads up on that note.

Again, your skill at instilling the raw emotion of your characters into your readers is impressive, as is your ability to portray a sense of realism. I'm jealous :P Eyetk beat me to the one real point of CC I had, (that'd be CC part B.) I understand you're busy with Gryphon's Feather and Defiance & Glory, but give us another glimpse soon, k?

She ruined her own life, there we go. Great story I loved it.

Oh, damn. This is good. Really good. The characterization, the plot, the well developed sentences and paragraghs. All perfect. Excellent. Truly excellent.

I really liked this,it was very good. The description, the plot, just the whole thing was great, and it kept me intrested! It was very sad, and creative.

Keep on writing! You are a very good writer!

this is an incredible story. for a one-shot you have packed it with so much subtle detail the reader feels they really know the characters despite the fact you only meet them for such a short time. i am incredibly impressed!

(gah! this wouldn't let me review yesterday, so forgive me if it's a bit short and very to the point) Great story, i liked how you let the characters develop themselves, and i liked how real the story seemed, the characters as well. When you used the dash you seemed to use it a lot, but everyone has a favourite punctuation mark (i overuse semi-colons), but it worked very well with the story. I thought that the story was the perfect length and that it was well thought out. good job, and good luck on your future stories (though judging by your review count, you don't need luck)

this is great, a wonderful continuation of the one story . Very powerful, thank you for writing it. And a great way to tell how we so easily play ourselves into disaster...
