excellent story. I'll admit that the different languages are occasionally difficult to follow, but the translations are much appreciated. It's a wonderful story, and I can't wait to read more.

Aside from a minor pair of niggles, superb beginning. Just incredibly strong stuff from start to finish.
Minor niggles
"except for a slender, darkly female." - Typo? Surely it should simply be 'dark'?
"im with it jaded eyes" - 'its'? Minor typo, I think.

This is an awesome story! I only have two criticisms: 1. The different languages. At first, I loved your use of different languages for the different races. Then you stopped translating the conversations. I felt that that really took away from the story. It just put these large gaps of useless space. If I can't understand what they're saying, you mine as well just say that they conversed in their native tongue for a while. I also didn't like your use of the word "agape" when Alex was refering to Asha. Agape does mean love, but not in the romantic sense, or even in the sense of friendship. Agape is the kind of love that you have for your fellow man, simply because they are your fellow man. 2. The first (I think)ten chapters were riveting and kept me constantly wanting to read more and more of your story. The last few chapters, however, seemed to drag on more than necessary.Other than those two things, this was an absolutely fabulous story. Keep going!
