Please update! I really hope you put dawn with Rhian and his sister with Shasta. I love RHIAN! also I figured that since Dawn and his sister both did the spell in the same bowl and both are witches the spell on Shasta and Rhian will effect dawn and karen. I just hope shasta goes for karen and Rhian gets dawn. Even though it'll probally be the other way around. Please update!

yay! can you believe that I manage to read all chapters of these current story in less than a day? that is how much I like it! I sort of predicted some of the twists (e.g. Chad/Justinian; Biko/Puppy, etc.)and I am happy that they turned that way. I was caught off guard with the whole Dawn-sleeping-with-older-twin-brother thing. Hah! Anyway, I like that scene too. It gives a feeling that the pieces are finally falling into their respective places. Anyway... on to the more substantial review...
What I like best about this story so far is the absence of an ultimate bag guy in the roster of its main characters. You know, those, I-am-evil-incarnate-and-I-will-destroy-the-whole-world kind of bad guy. (emphasis on main character... i know that somewhere in the story, real bad guys MAY/MUST suffice) I mean, those characters that readers may hate at the beginning are simply misunderstood people. This way, there will be more reflections/ponderings/emotional whatnots regarding the characters and the plot. It gives more...dynamism to the story. In any case, I find it really nice...
I also like the way the characters developed their personalities (and quirks). There are too many lovable characters. I, for one, cannot say who my favorite character is. Rhian, Dmitri, and Nikko are definitely on the top five. Hehe... as you can see, i like misunderstood people (Rhian, Dmitri). Nikko is simply too cute... :D
My favoritest scene is when Biko held Nikko and sung the "you are my sunshine" song... really emotional... *sniffs sniffs...

As an avid reader of you story, I'll just sit here patiently for your updates and not bug you all the time. I know the stress of college life... I don't update my stories much either...

Yay, I finally caught up, and just when I said I would, too. :) I really love this story. You should get it published because it is THAT awesome! The twists are so...twisted and surprising-though my gut kept telling me Justinian might be Chad, but I kept thinking cheating on your boyfriend can't get you damned to hell, can it? The girl Rhian is looking for, could she possibly be his daughter? He's certainly man-whore enough, though I kind of like his ass-hole attitude. I think my favorite character is Tou because he's so awesome...and I really like the name Peppinet. lol It's cute, sue me. In fact, ALL of your characters are cute. I keep getting CHARMED, and Sabrina, and Harry Potter vibes, though Harry Potter not as much as the others. Also, I LOVE the name Shasta. Coincidentially, I was reading the Chronicles of Narnia: The Horse and His Boy, and the main character's name was Shasta. I fell in love with the name there, and I was delighted to see it used here! In tHaHB, Shasta eventually found out he was Cor of Archenland, so he changed his name. D: I was so sad-more so than I should have been, I think. lol My next favorite character is Dimitri. I liked him straight off because he just didn't seem pure evil. When I heard he killed Biko, I changed my mind a little, but now it's changed back. Anyway...enough rambling. I hope you update soon. Alright, break time's over! Chop chop! Back to the word processor with ya! I want a new chapter pretty please. Wow, this story is just wow. It's so complex and intricate, with so many characters and plot twists... I'd just like to say, I knew all along that Justinian was Chad. Didn't see Biko coming back as a puppy though. I had this dreadful feeling at the party when Dawn went to seek out Shasta... I hid behind my pillow as I read that scene going "Why do I have an awful feeling about this? This should be fun, exciting, just what I've been waiting for... But oh dear, this is going to end badly. But why?" And I caught the eye color there.. Yes, I did. I noticed it said one blue eye and one brown eye... It didn't say green. I even re-read that part hoping I had read it wrong the first time. -sighs- Anway, update please! I am extremely jealous right now... Wish I was a witch, wish I had a familiar... life as a boring normal human sucks.

AH! wow! don't worry that was a good scream. This sory is absoluley,postitvly stunning! The charater developent is incredible and there are so many plot twits i'm getting dizzy! in a good way. There are things i figured out, like chad/justinian being he same person but shasta and his brother being twins? woah! ironic how shasta's brother is actually the one Dawn cast the spell on. What the-? It couldn't have been even a month ago that I started reading this, and you had like half the chapters you have now. And the Alert system must have freaked out or something again, because it's suddenly not on my list and I know I added it...
Well, congrats, I'm now officially confused about whether it's Dawn or Karen who's a witch. Or both. I guess that would make sense too.

Oh my goodness... I ran out of chapters. Well, I'll just review and hope for an update soon. First of all, I am in love with this story. I just started reading it the other day, and now I'm out of catch-up chapters. I absolutely adore this story-line. I was actually just thinking how awesome of an anime [or something] this would make. I'd watch it.
I'm really excited about Biko making an appearance. I'm a bit confused though: he took the appearance of the puppy, right? Like back in one of the chapters for Shasta's birthday party? I think... And I was also surprised that Shasta didn't take his voice back from Dimitri. Wouldn't his magic be so much stronger! That would come in handy when fighting a difficult battle such as the upcoming one, but I guess it seemed a bit cooler at the moment for him to reject it.
I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens. Please update soon!

huh. it's funny, because *i* have to outline stories before i work, and i usually end up writing the middle or end first. it's always interesting to see how much the writing process can differ from one author to another.

I almost gave up on this story but im glad i didnt because i love it...I read it all today and Chad, Dimitri and Biko's back...I was shocked about Biko...though when he kissed Nikko I kinda thought that the puppy was Biko...and I was right, yay me...anyway update, I want more
