As great as this story was, I was kinda disappointed.
In the beginning, it was really fun to read cuz I love reading stories about magical things and the fact that it was a slash made me giddy. So when I did start reading, I fell in love with all the characters. But that was before it started getting confusing. By about the twentieth chapter, I was so confused by how many characters there were and couldn't keep up with them all. Not to mention the fact that the point of views kept shifting from character to character didn't help in the least. I think you should've wrote down what persons point of view it was so people didn't get mixed up. By the end of the story I was so confused I almost didn't want to read anymore and just go look for another story, until I read the author notes and you said you were going to rewrite it. But this was updated... About four years ago, right? So that pretty much broke my heart right there. This story had so much potential and I was so looking forward to finally getting something I've desperately been searching for only to be depressed afterwards. All in all, it was a good read, but I think you could've done much better.

Love this story so far! I do have a few ideas...1) dimitri and Shasta dated and when they kissed Shasta's voice was stolen lol or idk 2) and for me it was obvious that the demon is chad. Or well I think it is haha intense!

So. I'm offically in love with this adorable story by now. Dawn is so inrovert and awkward and I want my own Shasta to put in my pocket
The setting is awesome, this worlds you've created is so well executed and you're doing really well keeping us on the hook, with the huge load of secrets that Shasta seems to be carrying. I really want to know what has happened.
Sometimes you switch tense, making me a little confused, but since I perfectly understand what you mean, it doesn't bother me all that much. Seeing that you started this story 7 years ago, I probably shouldn't even mention it...
And I'm pretty sure Justinian is Chad. It just seems right, but I don't know. I may be wrong, so I'm just going to keep on reading!

I love this story, It's fab =3. Mind you, sometimes its a bit confusing, especially with the justinian is chad scene. But still great.
Btw, how do you choose your song choice? The songs are all a bit random, with a few Bruce Springsteen lyrics thrown in there. Ooh and I love Peter Gabriel. His song "Down to earth" as Wall.e's ending titles is amazing. Heard it?
