Hey, thanks for the review of Echoes of the Dead, sorry, I know how long it took me to get back at ya. Must get better!

Anywho, enough about that, let's get on to why you clicked this little link and check out your new review.

First off, I like the whole imagery you spin with this piece. We get this little scene playing out in our head of someone huddling perhaps in a little cave or something, just feeling kind of lonely and out of things.

I especially like the line where the narrator has to remind herself to breathe. It really reinforces that earlier image we got of a kind of lonely , depressed person.

And then what she's waiting for happens, 'he' walks by, (nice touch also with how he's laughing and smiling, just kinda twists that knife in us more, since we're really feeling for the narrator now).

And then she just slips by, unnoticed. Very sad, but still very beautiful.

A real good job.

aww i kno how you feel when people u want 2 notice you just don't...its really frustarting, but you shouldnt let that blind you from the people who want YOU to notice THEM.
