hello there! I read this several years ago and I happened to be checking my favorites here in fictionpress and I don't know if you'll read this but I printed this years ago in really small font in some recycled bond paper and I used to read it in secret in my room when I didn't have access to internet way back when smartphones weren't popular. My country didn't have any gay books on sale and as a teen who loved gay novels this served a bed time story for me. It might've been odd but I loved the this story. That despite having absolutely no will to live doesn't mean it'll be that way forever. I am now an adult and am glad that there were writers like you and sites like fictionpress that others like me might seek a reprieve from the confines of the mundane and conventional.

This is so beautifully written. Tam is a wonderful character, and I really love this story. 3 3 3

This is amazingly well written, well thought out, and well detailed. I'm amazed at the depth of story to this, honestly. The two worlds and their cultures. It's fantastic. A little predictable in some counts, but what can ya say. I would've liked to have heard the story from Tam's telling, and heard how Yasel reacted to it, how realization dawned on him. I also would've liked to have heard Tam's coming to terms with his being touched and being sexual as a non sin. This was amazing

This is a very nice story. I though sacrifices in the history were very cruel. But if you put it this way, everything seems to make sense. I love this story so much.

It feels a bit incomplete, because we don't really get to know why Tam suddenly landed up in Rin's body. However, it was a very cute, fluffy story and I really liked it :D

Oh wow so since Tam wanted to live and (from what I understood) Rin wants to die, the gods probably exchanged their souls together, giving Tam Rin's body so that he could live with a purpose, and Rin Tam's "body" so that he could die like he wanted to. Interesting.

I love this story so much. I appreciate any story that I can enjoy reading more than once, but I really really enjoy this one. I like the way the souls of your characters were shifted. I like the spirituality of the whole story. I like that the ending was satisfying and held promise for the unwritten future of the characters. You did a really good job with this, and I'm very glad I found it and am able to read it again and again. Thank you for the lovely work you have mad here.
I wish you the best on your writing journey, dear author.

this story is so beautiful. I think everybody got what they wanted in the end, in a way they never expected but they got it and itll be good. Its too bad that people will not know that Tam is not Rin but its so good that Yasel knew in the end. If I follow the ideas of the story, its like the "Mother" made it all happen to save the children, Tam and Yasel. I liked this story a lot, it was well written and though its a one shot it shows character development quite well. Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks for sharing this, I really liked it :) my only comment is that the end seemed a bit too rushed - why would Tam accept the embrace so easily when he'd spent the better half of the story stressing over his inhibitions? There needs to be a logical resolution to his hangups before his acceptance.

The story's pretty good but it's a pity it's so short. I would really like to see how the relationship between Tamrin and Yasel develops.
