Very nice work! This poem gives a very clear description of the emotion and physical state of being when the event happened. It gives the reader a chance to look through a window into your memories, which is not something a lot of writers can accoplish very well.

I like the imagery in this poem. It's seems to be quite metaphorical, and I like that. I thought your summary was funny, though; I adore the snow. ;) Of course I live in Canada, so some people would say me liking snow is kinda a necessary thing- ya know, either like it or go crazy, because there's lots of it around. lol
I don't really like the word "did" stuck in the middle of lines of poetry. It jars the rhythm. "the stars brightly start to shine" and "then lightly ever the snow falls" sound just fine.

beautiful imagery, i loved this one. gorgeously done. i don't like the snow much either, cept for skiing, but otherwise, i just like it for school cancellations. nicely done poem. i love it. :) k/w
