It's a very nice piece. Short, bittersweet, and realistic. I think it's something that a lot of bloggers and stuff can relate with.
I mean, it happens to me sometimes. I could talk easily with someone over instant messaging, but when he asked that we meet, it was awkward. Not that that's always the case. There was this other time that I met up with my closest online friend, and it was great talking to her.
Whoops. Wrong place to talk about me.
But yeah. Nice story. I like the way you just focused on one statement (Hello again) and built something around and behind it, and you ended it well too. Keep 'em coming. ;P

This was okay. It kept me hanging, you know? In regards to your vitriolic review, I will say this: you, sir, are the individual of insolence. With all due respect, your knowledge does not hold a candle to my fire. If you can be trite, I can be realistic: you've never tried vegetarianism, obviously, because you don't know anything about it, and you're missing the whole point of my essay. It is about vegetarianism as a whole, not just the nutritional benefit of it. I noticed that the state of the animals didn't affect you at all. May I inquire as to why? I mean...you seemed so keen to point out the faults in my essay, so why didn't you examine that aspect thoroughly as well? Did you find that it was true? Or, more likely, were you in denial? OR, perhaps, you're just as inhumane as your words are. Upon reading your bio, I learned that you are a business student in college, is that correct? That explains the smugness. You see, it seems to me that those entering or processing their adult lives have an awful lot of arrogance and forceful maturity within them because of their realization that they are leaving their childhood years behind and becoming an adult. I am merely a sixteen year old junior in high school. You must keep in mind that those younger than you are not as knowledgeable of the outside world as you may be. Don't be deliberately caustic just because you do not understand the progression of the human mind. Lastly, I would like to point out that I have, indeed, taken Honors Biology, and that I maintained over a hundred percent for the entire year. Thank-you for your mildly amusing rantings, Writer of Darkness

I really liked the way you summerized everything in such a short amount of writing, but still maintained the emotional aspect.
In other words...good job :P
