There is a lot of honesty and realism in this story. Morgan wasn't a weird rapist that he has to save her from, Felix wasn't fucking up their relationship to get her back - our main lead was sexy and funny and damaged - and that had genuine, heart wrenching consequences. I think this story is absolutely lovely. What a pleasure!

Perhaps the best thing I've read on the site. Full of detail and life, structured beautifully and realistically. Everything melds together and flows like one long scene. The story will draw you in until the very end. It's long, but by the end you'll be wishing for just one more chapter-I promise you. This is how romance is done, ladies and gents.

I think I left a review before under a different name, but I wanted to make sure because this story is amazing. Just remembered it and decided to re-read it and it was just as great as I remembered. I originally listened to Nick Cave while reading this and let me tell you how much of an experience that was with your writing and lovely plot. I highly recommend new readers to do that. I don't know what exactly it is about this story but it left such a strong impression on me that when I see it in someone's favorites as I browse for something to read I get this nostalgia like feeling that just pulls at something inside me. I was letting time pass so I couldn't completely remember everything about the story and try to read it anew all over and I'm glad that reading this a second time left me the same as the first.

What an emotional story. I spent stayed up all night reading this and then some. I can't believe I didn't find this story earlier. The details and character development are beyond amazing. And the ending. It was unarguably fitting, and I can't help but imagine what happened after that. Thanks for writing this!

Fuck. This story is so brilliant. I'm crying, again. The ending was so fitting, Callum's epiphany makes me so emotional. I love it to bits and pieces. The story has such raw emotion all throughout. Marin is such a simple and gentle character. She shares my sister's name and in a way she reminds me so much of her. I love how cultured your characters are. Such great music taste, such love for books. The story is almost dark at times, but it is so fucking perfect. I apologise for swearing, but it's just. Again, thank you for writing such a magnificent story, I will surely be back. I truly wish you the best.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Hungrily devoured it, ruminated on it well after setting it down. I am so glad you had the ending so firmly planned and that you were willing to take a risk on what may feel, at first blush, like a very unsatisfying, open-ended conclusion. I'm usually a fan of tragedy, and appreciated this in particular because I've never been able to stop myself before wrapping everything up with a nice, fancy bow on top.
