I love your style of writing, your imagination and how descriptive and amazing it is, I shall bow down to your awesomeness.
Anywho, I enjoyed the story, one thing I'd criticize on is that... I thought there was going to be some romance going on in the end, n'awh ):
Oh well, its still amazing :D. This is probably one of the first ever one-shots that I think should've been carried on, but the ending was exceptional. Well done, keep writing.

Honestly, I think your stories should be published in a collection of short stories or something. . . This one really left me with a yearning to find out/ imagine what happened/will happen next and at the same time gave me satisfaction. This is the first oneshot I have ever read that made me feel like there should be more, like the feeling one gets after reading to the end of a good book, or watching to the end of a good movie/anime. . .
I found many of the things that Elizabeth said to be very interesting (and very true, I hope.)

This story was very interesting and thought-provoking. It really makes you think about where we will go when we die. I thought that Gabriel Elliott needed a little more detail, but for his role his character fit very well. I didn't like how The Gatekeeper forgot herself over time, it made me very sad. Overall it was a really well written piece and I enjoyed it a lot.

Wow. It really gets you thinking, you know? I have to admit that I had to stop at one point just because I was so overwhelmed with emotion. You did a really amazing job! :)

I liked it - it was very interesting and thought-provoking. I thought it was kind of funny how Elizabeth handled the girl that dies for a few minutes, and I thought the ending was a fitting release. I thought that it was a complete story; nothing seemed missing, no additional scenes, or anything. I don't think it should be much different. (There were a few typos, I think, or maybe that's just me recalling my own writing.)
