It sounds like a ripoff of Semisonic's 'Sunshine and Chocolate,' to be quite honest. "Until I get to kiss you again, I wish you sunshine and chocolate every day." I caught the Temptations spoof, 'I've got sunshi-i-ine on a clo-ow-dy da-a-ay, when it's cold outsi-i-ide, I got the month of may,' but I wasn't really feeling that it was a clever spinoff of either song.

Aw! That is adorable! "Bring me some sunshine on a cloudy day But don't bother sending the rain away" I love that to pieces! It's just so cute! I love love love it. ^_^ Normally I hate rhymes but this flows so well... wow, this is so pretty. I love it. Never stop writing!

Yay! Happy poem! Lol. Oh my gosh, same here! I've read so many depressing poems (I've written many, too), so it's a great change to read something so peaceful and cheerful. I love it. Such a pretty poem to share with your friends. :)

This is really good.I really liked the line, "But don't bother sending the rain away." Maybe this is me reading too far into a metaphor, but it seems like acceptance of the fact that no one is going to make the problems, or rain, of this world go away, but just by being there can add a little sunshine. Thanks for reviewing my stuff. It's always good to know that there is someone out there who is looking beyond the basic appearance of the story and is getting some deeper meaning out of it.
