Wow. Interesting little story poem.
I love the "drip Drop" part to this. It is building suspense throughout the piece.
I like it alot. Its interesting.

Wicked. Quite sadistic. I love it. The great thing about this poem is the juvenile point of view and its contrast with the gory topic.

Hmm..it has a lot more potential than this. you could easily put more meaning into it. For example, Have more writing between the drip drop. Also, the drip drop would have more impact if it was in normal text and the rest was in bold.

Wow... That was disturbing. #_# Oh, the images it put into my mind! You must have a real strong stomach to be able to write something like that! Don't get me wrong, I applaud your talent and think the poem was... great... just... in its own bloody way... lolol
