This was so touching, that it made me cry. There is nothing more important than best friends. And to be a young person, and have no control over your life, because the best friend (or you) have to move, is worse than death.
As an aside. When you want to settle down with someone someday, make sure it is a best friend, and not some guy who you think is hot.

I know the feeling of having your best friend move away. I found out in a really horrible way. I was walking to her house and I knocked on her door. An unfamiliar woman answered and when I asked for my friend, she said "She moved to a different state" That hit me hard because I never got to say good bye.
My current BFF used to live near my grandmother and we would hang out everytime I went over there, but she moved to the adjacent city and I don't really see her all that much, though I do see her at school.

I could not imagine how I would feel if my best friend moved. I give you kudos for handling it so well. I think I would become a hermit for a while.

I'll leave out talking about some grammar problems and misspellings, since this is such a tender subject to touch.
Personally, I don't know what it's like to lose a best friend. My BFF doesn't live by me or go to the same school as me. She lives a state away, but she knows me better than anything. To lose her, it would be like losing my soul.
You're doing good by keeping in touch with her. Tell her everything that happens to you. Have her tell everything that happens to her. Plan to take a trip to Florida or something this summer with her. If you guys really have changed, then the best way to get to know each other again is to spend time with each other again.
I've lost a lot of friends, or pairs of socks in my life. Life happens. Take this as an opportunity to make some new friends. Get involved with things. I'm not saying forget about your bff, but get your mind off of her for a while. If you change, it will be for the better.

This needs revised- I didn't really see any blatant spelling errors (except best friend and high school are both two words) but the ideas didn't flow, and sometimes your sentences were so convoluted I couldn't figure out what you were trying to say. This piece would be a lot more powerful with just a bit of careful proofreading.
