Hey!
So good to see you again on FP.com! It just wasnt the same without some actually good people on here ... ;)
Wow, this was pretty damn good. I like how youve just kinda moved away from all the typical stuff about being pregnant and having a child into a whole different region. There are so many different issues rolled into one - the mixture of two people, the future of a new generation, that sense of such acute responsibility and finally that sense of guilt, and the hint that things were not as they should be in the making of the son.
Just wow. Some of those lines really hit home - "Mommy, hold me like you used to? Tell me again what it is I’m supposed to do?" and "One day too soon, never too late."
Anyway, enough talking, just that its great that youre back and writing again!

great piece...very edgy. I think you really grasp the meaning of poetry. Whereas I just brush along the edge of it...carefully dipping my toes in here and there. AGAIN GREAT GREAT JOB!
