Thanks for the review. I like your poem, it's pretty meaningful. I'm sorry you have gone through so much, as you depicted in your review. I know you wanted me to "not pity myself" and I appreciate the advice but I just wanted you to know that it's a moot point for me at this time in my life. Depression and suicidal tendencies do happen, but it is highly possible to get past them almost completely in order to live a happy and fullfilling life. A lot in my life has changed since then (my lowest point in cutting was almost 7 years ago). Since then I have become somewhat of a prodigy in the chemistry field, an accomplished athlete, and am blessed with amazing friends & family (despite past troubles). If someone had told me this was all going to happen to me at my lowest point, I would've been incredibly surprised. But my point is... hold on and trust your intuitions, because you will most certaintly be pleasantly surprised by what life has to offer.
