I was recommended this by CheeseRaptor, and I've read about halfway through, then the last sixth or so. I'm about to make what is quite possibly my longest review ever to say why I don't like it.
First, it's not because of the blood and gore. I don't mind that in the least. Hell, I read and thoroughly enjoyed CheeseRaptor's Eat. In fact, as a pure gross-out, disgusting, almost toss-your-cookies story, it succeeds wonderfully.
But as an actual story, one that one would want to spend time reading...No, I'm sorry, that sounds wrong. The problem is, the plot is, 1. The two gay roommates see each other, 2. they have gay sadi-masochistic sex, 3. the story ends with one of them dying. And you spend page upon page describing their mutilation and sex. In the MSTing biz, we have a name for this kind of story, PWP, or Porn Without Plot. (Or, Plot? What Plot?)
It almost works in fanfiction, because there's already established characters. It is almost impossible to care about these two guys stabbing and screwing each other, because we're given next to no information about them. If this was part of a climax of a larger story, then it could have been a bit better. I can't even tell who killed whom at the end, and I frankly think it doesn't matter.
Please note that I did not mean this to be a flame, just constructive critisism.

Every waking moment that my eyes danced across the words of your story, I was perplexed and mystified. For two hours, I was bolted to my seat, fidgeting and gasping with every sentence. Gore has never been so beautifully executed, so rightfully done. Your mind is lightyears beyond the gutter: it festers in the vomit rivers of the pits of Hell. You have an amazing, unholy gift that will only get better and better and better. I give this story my highest regards, despite some absolutely forgivable typos. Amazing.

Wow... I haven't read anything quite like this. This is the first story that I've read that sort of quenches all those nasty thoughts... feelings... ideas... you understand, right?
I love it! It's on my favorite's list. You had me glued to the screen for over an hour! Not that it was too long, but I read it slowly; absorbing and enjoying every bit of detail... WRITE MORE YOU SICKO! I WANT MORE!

My god. I usually pride myself on how cruel and disgusting I can be, but this, this wins because they both -like- it so much. Never before have I read something that made my stomach churn and me shiver. I see no typo's, no grammatical errors...nothing wrong with the mechanics of it. Absolutely wonderful. Bravo, Bravo.
