I Imagine it was the prince who Blue was talking and It result it was really sweet I love it I am happy they end and Blue love the characters personalities.

I love Blue's character. He's just so... laidback. He just strikes me as that guy that would take a nap on some random patch of grass, under the nice sunshine, just serenely smiling.
This story is a bit vague though. Confusing. Why would the king gather storytellers? I like that you added the scene of Blue's sister teasing him about his love. It was a nice touch.
