Aww! Poor guy! I was wondering if Gabby was actually a guy...and then I got pulled into thinking, nah, that's daft, he's a she...and then...WHAT! GABRIEL! AWESOME! ^^ I love litte stories about male/male...maybe I'm a freak...oh well, freak by name, freak by nature. Nothing wrong with being that way...right? Anyway, OMG! Absolutely, fanstabily incredible! I can't believe that Gabby's a guy! You really managed to pull that off! I'm never gonna get over that now, huumph.

anyway im here for a review. but if you've found my reviews for other people scary, don't worry, i just wanted to insert a comment, not a full-blown critique in here.
i like Gabby's character, even if he was gay. the emotional power that he projected was very raw, and that's one of the first things i look for in a good read. thumbs up! but sometimes yeah, guys can really be so insensitive, so forgive them (lol, us pala) if we do that sometimes; it's how we are.
as for grammar and everything, no problems, you write coherently and nicely. you have a good eye for pacing and i like how you let your words flow as if of their own accord to make a really engaging story. considering this was your first entry in Fiction Press, i'm quite inclined to be impressed.
a lot of your contemporaries hate me giving a comprehensive critique, but i don't do this to gain reviews; i honestly just want to improve people. if you want, i can look over some of your work (lol, that FLUNK sure looks hilarious... i think i encountered an anime just like that)-especially because you're Noypi like me.

Ha! I knew it! Very simple. Quite funny. I know that from Gabby's POV it's not, but life IS ironic and corny in that twisted telenovela sort of way-one could either cry his eyes out or just shrug his shoulders and laugh along. Anyway, good piece of writing. I suppose the little twist at the end came unexpected for those who didn't know the song. Awesome song. Kudos to you! =)
