“If I hurt her, I’ll let you," has to be one of the sweetest lines ever! I was very tempted to let out an audible, "Aww" but my dad would have asked questions.
I was very happy to see that this story was updated. Considering that it wasn't beta'd, it was still written rather well. I loved that the little romantic moment was both typically perfect, and strangely disfunctional (oh, Brendan and Grandma Harriet... XD)

aw, don and brendan are so sweet with the whole protective thing, LOL! this was a great chappie. i'm glad that court ruled her mum unfit to care for her and made brendan her guardian, and those stupid people at school! argh. anyway, can't wait for more ~ Alenor.
