This was a cute poem. Very heartfelt. You say you're not good at poems, which is fine. The fact is that you write whether you're good at it or not.
My only suggestion is that you work on the font size a little. I have horrible eye sight, and even with my glasses on to give me 20/20 I still had difficulty reading this.
