I like this! (Especially all the imagery.)
I might say, though:
"...and look through the window at the water
drenching me from head to toe,
without touching me."
Rather than drenches. To me, it just seems to flow better, but maybe, maybe not.

i like poems about rain, although i always feel alive in rain but i feel cold when watching other weather elements so i can relate to this. beautiful observations.
