Oh my gosh, how cute was that! I loved Lola's mix of confidence and vulnerability and Steve's adorable innocence. This worked great as a one-shot, but I'd love to see more of these characters. So cute!

Oh my gosh, I am in love with this story. :) I've been listening to "Lola" like a billion times the past few days, so it was kind of funny to find a fic with that name. And what a brilliant fic, too. It's really quite how I imagined the meeting would go between the protagonist of the song and Lola. I especially love how you stick to calling her "her" throughout the song. Very hot indeed.

I thought the fact that he didn't get that she was a he was pretty funny. And they really just go together. I think they are a cute couple.
