This is beautifully sad. The counting of the tears makes it flow really well and emphasises the pain. Nice idea, good work.

For something that hurts both sides it's amazing how often breakups happen, I can identify with every line of this poem (Er...from a guys perspective...yeah we cry too!)
Sorry that you're writing this from personal experience, but hey these things happen and are kind of unavoidable in life, but hey these things also happen to make us stronger!
