Ha! This was fun read and the imagery is pungently attractive. Personally, I think this would make a better song than just plain poetry, but that's for you to decide.
"Smear that red lipstick
and cocaine
all over his face again."
...the first few lines had a good momentum going, but I felt you could have had a better and slicker follow-up.
