I liked how you wrote this... I love the story even though it was a sad one (I'm actually much more into happy endings but there are always exceptions... specially when it's written well.)Keep it up and I'll be reading more of your stories... :D

Wow, that was sad, it made me cry. You could make this into a supernatural fic easily too. If Nathaniel can kiss and hug what else can he do. It was also alittle funny how you used the author of The Scarlet Letter's name for a character. But I'm sure people would really love if you continued on.

Actually, I'd say that she only took Dr. McQueen as some sort of a close friend to the siblings. I think that there'll be another take on this story from Dr. McQueen's point of view(and a special epilogue too). It's safe to say that Nathaniel did not only touch Hayden's life, but Caleb McQueen's as well. But how...that's another story.
