this is good. Very well written, great descriptions, and a whole lot of pathos going on there.
Would slightly suggest maybe...it's a bit wordy. Sort of I'm very tired at the moment, and was almost put off by the fact that there's a whole big block of text to wade through.
Very good though =D And I'm glad I got over my first feeling and read it :)
