I read your story and I really liked it. I truly appreciate both the story and your talent. I want to work on it and put in the effort as a comic commission artist. I would like to convert it into a comic, and I have some ideas that I would like to share with you. I am Dam sure you will love it!

Ugh, okay, in regards to Ashton fucking Dominic and why Cole shouldn’t care about it cause they’re not even dating, Cole still has a legit reason to be mad, or at the very least, annoyed. Ashton was the one who started all this. Ashton was the one who was insistent on giving Cole a ride (to his home presumably). Cole wanted to go home, but Ashton decided to bring him somewhere else. He kept Cole waiting for quite a while (30 mins right?) just so he can fuck Dominic. That’s a bit rude to someone whom you’ve convinced to hang out w/ you. The other person has to be really chill, laidback, carefree, indifferent, wide sense of humor (you get the idea) in order to let something like that slide w/o feeling irked. Not a lot of ppl are like that, especially not to someone who insisted on the whole hanging-out-and-having-lunch-and-whatever-else thing, or to their crush (a person whom they barely interact w/ who’s suddenly acting interested—you can see how this would cause certain thoughts and misunderstandings).

Seriously Cole, you could have pulled up a reason out of your ass, argue it logically, and it still would’ve worked as a legit excuse to be upset.

Hm, i kind of feel like cole should have killed someone at one point. I mean, he would tottaly be right for it. And im kind of disapointed that he didnt get to blackmail anybody with those videos :( but this story is awesome nontheless i like cole and vincent, they would be my favorite characters. And while you didnt really have an actual plot, you pulled off an actual story just by having cool characters :) great job, im off tp read your other works now!

The first few chapters of your story are really good, but I feel like you lost the plot pretty early on. I feel like by this point your characters got kind of muddled. Your humour is still good, but I think it could be better if the characters were more distinct.

So, let me get this straight.

Cole says he cannot trust Ashton
Ashton asks why
Cole says he's a whore
Ashton jumps Cole
Ashton punches Cole
Ashton kisses Cole
Cole breaks Ashton's wrist
Ashton scratches Cole
Ashton gives Cole a blowjob
Cole then punches Ashton
Cole runs away.

Bipolar much? XD

I love this so much. It's really good, and all the characters are like...on fleek. Ew I hate that word. Nevermind.

Huh. Some grammar troubles, but this still seems pretty good.

Okay, I am kind of pissed I spent all night reading this story...ugh. I didn't sleep and I blame the author. Well mostly I hate Cole, is it weird to hate the main character and the main point of view. He is such a kid. Than I remember he is a kid. It all clicks into place, though I hate to ever say I was ever that irrational and emotionally stunted as him.

Well first, I was really not rooting for anyone here (I kind of wanted Cole to end up miserable and alone), until this last chapter. Though, it wasn't a huge surprise that Ashton had his own issues (especially the hostility with Trent was more than, your banging the guy I want to bang hostility).

The church camp chapter was umm...terribly boring. To much of Cole complaining and whining (also to much doing things? and the things they were doing were terribly uninteresting for me). While I enjoy reading it (or I would have never gotten that far), I thought it was excessive even from him. I have to admit I skipped parts of it.

I also felt Adam got put "on the bus" so to speak. I am not even sure where the cute little freshman went.

I realize you were probably planning on writing a sequel thing, but since you didn't. I felt that the whole Vincent might be his cousin thing, was something I really wanted to see in this story. It made Cole's character extremely unlikable. I say that in all seriousness because for some reason I can excuse the rest of his douchiness with his personality. However, I am not sure but it didn't seem to fit he didn't say anything, even though he worked up the balls to tell Dawson not to kill himself. I rate we might be related and my aunt might be your mother the same as talks of "hey don't kill yourself buddy" as important stuff you should grow balls for to talk about. I also felt it was not like him to do so. By the way, I laughed so hard at the scene where Cole is talking to Dawson about him thinking about suicide, and I know it was inappropriate, but I could see this conversation in my head, it was brilliant.

Weird ending by the way? I am not sure how you could have introduced Ashton's past without doing so, but yeah...still seems kind of off to me. I did find it quite satisfying knowing what his issues were and his point of view. I actually kind of theorized that it was Cole that was saved in the fire, when Cole first talked about it. I kind of though it was Adam after that, than I thought it might have been Dominic (thus the reason for his weird obsessiveness/possessiveness), than I thought hey it might be some random little kid.

So many examples of bad parents or guardians. It's kind of hilarious in the dark humor sort of way.

As of the first chapter I have to say I'm intrigued. Great start!
Why am I reviewing so early? I gotta ask. Naked Pinguin Fetus For Pope? This sounds like a story.

Too lazy to log in today. Just saying this up front, I almost never read because I always strip stories down to their bones and rearrange everything. Okay, that sounded morbid, but basically if you feel like I'm hating, I'm not. My nickname in my English class is 'the Editor'.
When I first started reading, I loved this story. Your sense of humour is brilliant. It's very rare for me to laugh out loud while reading a story, but you managed to make me laugh quite frequently while reading this.
Humour is not the most important part of a story, though. Sometimes it seemed as if you were trying to squeeze a laugh out of a reader, when the comical tone seemed out of place based on what was going on plot-wise. Speaking of the plot, my expectations of a developed storyline are never too high for a romance novel. This particular plot was better than most for sure, but just... okay over all. That being said, I haven't read the sequel you menioned :).
About the characters, Cole was a weak protagonist. I felt as if he became just a total whore by the end. Not gonna lie, I skipped chapter 29, I think, because his switching between guys and all that in-caps yelling made me being said, I enjoyed your style of narration and Cole's personality. And it's extremely unrealistic to have nearly every character be gay. I wish this many people were gay in real life. But in a Catholic environment, what are the chances that even the Principal is gay and a borderline pedophile? My friend goes to the local Catholic school and attends anti-gay classes as curriculum, much to her chagrin.
Over all, I did enjoy reading this. My favourite part was Vincent. Just... everything Vincent. I'll have to check out more of your work. If you ever need a volunteer editor/ French-Japanese translator, I'm your girl. Keep writing!
