Hello! Just finished your story, it took me about 2 hours to read, maybe more. It's probably closer to 3. But it was an excellent way to spend an afternoon! I like your story. Your writing has improved dramatically since your first chapter, and I really like the dark tone it's taken. I like that Daphne's therapist, especially after the last chapter. Therapists in literature are often portrayed in a negative light, but here it's clearly a different story.
I like all this angst, and I'm looking forward to everything being happy and sunny again. I really want Martin and Jia to get together, that's so cute. Aw.

This is AH-MAY-ZING. I love, love, love it - even if Daphne's idiocy does kind of piss me off sometimes ;). I can't believe what a magnificent writer you are (just some slight grammatical errors). Say, do you have a beta-reader yet? *bats eyelashes at you* I'm glad I didn't find this until it was mostly done; I'm bad with the whole patience thing, and I know you're busy, but it's been a while since you updated =P. It's really rare that I actually review. But here I am, because this story is BRILLIANT.
Okay, I seriously love your characters (except maybe Carla and Ryan). They're so full of life and personality and I just want to hug them and make them feel better. Daphne is so funny and good-hearted, and Sevin is so sweet and kind. I also love your writing style because that too has loads of personality; it's so entertaining to read.
Personally, though, I think the story is really slow and drawn out (and a little melodramatic). A lot of stuff happens that could have been summarised somewhere (I'm thinking of the park scene with Daphne, Ryan and Sevin). And Daphne seems to go out with Ryan forever! I had a similar situation where I didn't really like the guy I went out with, and it lasted 2 days. So god knows how Daphne survived.
Haha. Sevin, Ryan and Jason. All end in 'n'! :D
Anyway. Oh my god. The kiss was AMAZING. I wanna be Daphne, just for those few minutes! Haha! Why, why, why is she so dense? How can it take that long to figure out that she likes Sevin? (That's what she has to be honest with herself with, right?) More importantly, how can she not see that she likes him after kissing him, if it's such a good Disney kiss? And, how can she get it in her head that Flo wouldn't like it if they dated? Where does that COME FROM? I mean wouldn't it obviously be so much worse to turn him down and in the process break his heart? Honestly.
Oh, I know. I get it. She thinks Flo would think she was a slut to make a move on yet another guy. Right, gotcha. (I think I'd go out with Sevin anyway, myself. Haha) :(
And then she tells him she doesn't LIKE HIM THAT WAY? WHY? What is she thinking? It's such a outright lie, and in no way is it a white lie because they are told to make people feel better, not worse. Hmph. Daphne can be so FRICKING ANNOYING.
Okay, I'm done ranting. I shall wait impatiently for your next update and for more sugary Daphne-Sevin scenes, because they're cute. This really is a fantastic story, and I will keep on eye on it! :)

Very amusing interaction so far... along with the fact that Sevin is clearly not perfect, the trap that so many stories along this line fall into. Their relationship honestly looks platonic at this point. And Jason is quite a satisfactory sleaze. Wonder if he's apologetic tomorrow, or not... Also, very funny comment about no one using the metric system - that says a lot about Daphne's character.

WOO! i finally caught up. that only took about 4 days.
yay she finally did something for herself. i'm proud. yet i'm depressed she of course has to end things with Sevin (i love his name) and screw things up with Flo. Jia. and Martin.

I really liked the random new characters, 'cause it kind of captures the feeling of being at a party and trying to keep track of all the new people you're meeting.
Also, I really like Sevin, just in general.

Ahmygosh. Daphne is so my hero now.
Oh, she pushed away Sevin, but this time it was for the right reason. Not particularly helpful to her, but Flo might not care to see her ex-best friend and twin brother shoving their tongues down each other's throats. Go Daphne.
And, oh, Zander. I love him. Absolutely love him. And he IS confusing, man. I didn't realize he was such an...evil man-whore. [Which kind of makes me love him even more.] And she dumped the ice coffee all over his unsuspecting, smirking little frame.
Comic brilliance right there.
I wish some progress would be made in the Flo-Jia plot arc though. Because they're just seeimgly so immature about all this, and it really seems like Flo might want, just a little bit, really, really, really deep down at the bottom of her heart to forgive Daphne, but Jia is squashing all the light out of her. And poor martin! I have the most horrible feeling that Jia still really likes him, but is pushing him away because he remained friends with Daphne. Not that HE's very happy with her at the moment, either.
OH, THE DRAMA. :] Keep up the amazing work.
