Hi there! So I just started reading this story... up to chapter 2 and through out the whole thing I kept wondering what the hell 'boba' was until you mention green tea and tapioca balls! And finally it hits me! Boba = bubble, which equals bubble tea! I felt a little stupid there, but in my defence... I live in Toronto and I am literally the token white girl among a VERY large group of East Asians and I have NEVER heard bubble tea being refered to as boba. In any case, I figure it's probably a local term or something, right? Have you heard of any other places calling it boba?
I know... I'm being so random, but it honestly got me curious... I will go investigate.
In other news: the characters are quirky, which is great! I'll drop a line in some later chapters ^.^

Lol great story. and your so right. we call our capitol sacramento so you don't bomb LA. l remember when 9/11 happened they put sanfran and LA on high alert cause they were both seen as possible targets. lol

I loved this. I loved it. Never thought I would like a guy named Sevin so much x) but it's not the name that matters. I'm glad you had this last chapter - it gives the reader time to see Sevin/Daphne together. Also, I totally agree with the whole 'needing to write something with more substance' but 'it's satisfying writing these kinds of stories.' They just make you feel nice. You're always worrying about something when you get back to your real life, so it's nice to read carefree, romantic stories to get away from that.

Daphne is so frustrating! Just hearing about her woes gives me a headache, especially with Sevin. ESPECIALLY with Sevin. Sigh.

I keep laughing as I read this, because one of my best friends is named Zander, and he is probably THE most awkward person I've ever met- in a good way. So it's kind of hard for me to see the character Zander as such a player, but... I don't know, I just find it really hilarious and had to share. lol

I still think the story moved quickly and kind of messily but it was still a really good idea. I also really liked the characters. They were all so unique and different, it was fun to read about them. :) Nice job.

Is it weird that Ryan and Daphne sound EXACTLY like me and my first boyfriend? Well, except I broke up with him before he managed to kiss me (I'm not a patient person). Anyways, I love the development so far even if it's a bit quick. Nice job :D

The beginning was interesting but I don't really feel a connection with Daphne. I know it's just the first chapter, but it wasn't really attracting. It was actually pretty wordy. I do like the humor you put into it and the situations you put Daphne in. :)
