A love the phrase "A dream written and painted on destiny’s palm." It has such great imagery. I like how you can convey so much sadness/longing in this poem. Beware the word everlasting. Look at random love poems/grief love poems, and I bet half of them have the word everlasting. It is a gorgeous word, but horribly abused. Overall, I think your poem was great! Keep writing!
