Unless, of course, the "it" is you. Then once it is sweat out, what's left. Fear, Tension, Truth, Answers, Thoughts, Dreams... Each is important in making us what we are. Or maybe, in making us what we aren't.
If you do manage to get rid of it all, tell me what you found afterwards.
