Yeah, this chapter does take a completely different angle. I thought it was good the way the family seemed rowdier in this one, and perhaps it felt like a more realistic approach.

Having read the original first chapter prior to reading this revised version, I can confidently say that the revised version is a lot better than the original. I feel like it has so much more personality and vibrance to it, with each character being well-written and conveyed. Congratulations on what I'm sure is, judging by the review count, a spectacular story, and if I am accepted into PlagiarismHaven, I look forward to reading the rest of it.

hey i felt like rereading this story cause everything on fictionpress sucks nowadays since you and everyone else left (totally understandable though). but anyway, i'm confused as to how to become a member of plagiarismhaven. I already have a livejournal, but do i have to get an e-mail me form account as well? I really really miss you, JD Allen and SamanthaNicole and this crap on fp is just not doing anything to help it haha I never use my livejournal, which is what initially stopped me from becoming a member of plagiarsmhaven, but i can't stand it anymore. hope to read your stuff soon!

I have seen this story on so many top FP romance lists, and now I know why - just from reading this one chapter! Oh, how I wish you left a few more chapters up! You really did a great job balancing description with dialogue – usually there is too much of one and not the other. The parents are hilarious in this story and I really like how you quickly developed the characters’ unique personalities so I was able to tell everyone apart! I feel so bad for Adrian that she already has a boyfriend; it really makes me curious how everything is going to develop between her and her new step brother if she is already taken…

I normally don't use a computer these days because I'm so busy. But back in the day when I had time I loved to read. You were by far one of my favorite authors. I loved your stories so much that after all this time I remember it and looked it up! The fact that people actually COPIED your stuff and posted it is so whack. I'm really sorry. I think you should publish your writings, esp reason and romance. It's pretty much amazing. Hopefully you get this and lets you realize not everyone is piece of shit and your work is appreciated. If I wanted to read it again how would I go about it? lol
