This story, and this chapter, is wonderful. I'm surprised that you need to ask for reviews. Nothing feels too unrealistic, which must be difficult with a story like this, and the mystery is very engaging.
I absolutely adore your characters, how they all have a very distinctive personality, and the plot never feels rushed.
Hopefully, you won't let this wonderful story die at a cliffy.

Wow, love the story!
All too many times, authors will use excessive violence or rape at this point to impress upon the reader of what they should be feeling. You've done a fantastic job building up the suspense and the definite danger Steven is in without going over the top. The characters are all unique and has me guessing if they are all working at one concentrated agenda when dealing with Steven or if they're acting independently. I can't also help but wonder if there is some supernatural slant going on here... Twitch seems very insightful- almost to a point where it has you guessing if he can read minds... Arthur also seems to be acting on some crazy vampire complex.
I'm definitely going to subscribe to this story and hope you have plans on future updates and eventually finishing it.

Uhm, hi! So it's obviously been pretty much forever since you wrote this chapter and asked for reviews, but, despite the fact that I've never reviewed a story before and the fact that this chapter is around three years old, I wanted to review it. My best friend told me about this particular story with excessive enthusiasm around a month ago; her general description ["There's this guy, and he gets on a bus, and he's kidnapped, and the dude who kidnaps him is crazy and super hot, and," etc] made me slightly wary about actually reading it. She mentioned the fact that a character tried to rape the main guy, but that he didn't have a penis. I had remembered this for about three chapters before forgetting entirely. When I read this chapter, I literally burst into a gleeful fit of hysteric laughter. What I'm trying to get across is that I wasn't too keen on this story, but now I've read all that you've posted and I'm sincerely attached to the characters and the story. Steven pisses me off with his lack of romantic feelings towards Arthur and his ability to completely kill off any possible situation that could bring out the occurrence of such feelings; Arthur makes me giggle with his strange behavior, but I'm totally in love with his [admittedly hilarious] corny-ness [smacking Steven with the broom was brilliant! BRILLIANT! I was torn between laughing until I couldn't breathe and swooning until I fell out of my chair at the terribly cute nature of it]; Twitch is so so so so cute I just want to pick him up and cuddle him, but then I'd also want to not do that so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. I feel like I'm writing a whole bunch of random rambling nonsense, but I want to convey my thoughts and opinions and general love for this story. This chapter especially, and the broom one. I think the entire thing is just freaking amazing. So, excellent job! I hope you write more. I don't know if this is the end of the story, or if you've got more chapters, or what, but if it is the end, I hope you write an epilogue. That would be amazing. Well, sorry for the terribly scatterbrained and grammatically incorrect presentation, but I send my love to you as an author and to your characters as greatness.
