For the most part this flowerd really nicely.
I usually don't enjoy poems that rhyme because they don't flow but this one was good.
Except this part,
"If only you knew
How much I miss you
Because we hardly see each other
But my love will pull me through
If I had any nerve at all
I would show you this rhyme
But I’m afraid of what you’d say
So this secret shall remain mine"
Did not flow well.
Maybe rework it.
But overall, good job.
