Not Deacon too! This is so intense. Oh my gosh the drama. Will AND Jay AND now Deacon. I'm hyperventilating. Personally I've always loved the best friends become boyfriends thing though, so I'm definitely feeling the Deacon love although I know she doesn't really like him. (I'm pretty sure, she'll probably end up with Jay, that seems to be the way the story is moving. I shall see...

Aw...i love them two together. Absolutely adorable. I must say, the ball bit was very unexpected, especially the confession! But woohoo for him! And i'm glad Kara came to her senses.

Ok, I'm a little on the confused side.
I thought Erin confronted Jay about the bet after Jay met Burr and Erin at Starbucks that one time.
Jay behaves as if Erin and Burr don't already know about the bet. And why is Erin excited about Jay and Kara being together if she knows Jay is up to no good?
Uhh, I Am Tres Confused.
Other than that, this story I love.

I'm so happy I found this story. It's not only about a Samoan girl but also about a QUIRKY Samoan girl. Two things with which I can totally and without a doubt identify. She's funny, relateable, and isn't portrayed as a representative for her people (for once).

I just stumbled onto your story, and I absolutely love it! I've always wanted to go to New Zealand, it sounds like a beautiful place. I have to admit that summer during Christmas time would probably confuse me though.
I LOVE kara. She's awesome. I've been storing and passing on your random facts, and now all my friends think I'm strange. Woot!
I'm looking forward to reading your other stories now..so, off I go. :D

It was extremely annoying to read around them, but this story is interesting enough that I was able to ignore them due to your awesome writing. I really enjoy reading your story, for the record. I have to say that Kara reminds me of another character I read about here on FP, but there are more than enough differences.
