I just realized that I've met Midnight in Eden and it makes me happy to see her somewhere I didn't expect. Lolz. It's a small world.
At any rate, I've always loved this piece, not only because of the hilarious delivery of the subject manner, but also because of the balance between the ruled layout and the prose.
However, the last sentence feels a little juvenile to me. The ninja comes in without introduction of any kind, and it doesn't have any conclusion after it. Sometimes that kind of hanging end is a good thing, but only rarely, and not in this instance, in my opinion.

This was considerably funny, a nice break from everyday "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU ON THE INTERNET?" or "GO ON THE INTERNET, MAN, I'VE GOT THIS GREAT PORNO SITE-YA GOTTA CHECKIT OUT!"
I think this should be in the essay section, but that's just my opinion. Nice one.
