I liked this chapter :) Even though there wasnt any Seaton in it :( But yeah, I'm glad they let him out, I thought they'd force the info out of him no matter what. I mean... he did have a lot of drugs x_x; Lol it must've been weird for the police to have some guy like Jayden end up being a drug dealer.

Heh when I read the part about 'Black' I instantly thought of Seaton.
Mr. Spencer was deffinitly asurprise! But a good one. The relationship between them's getting interesting. I can kinda imagine Mr.Spencer with a small crush on him. Or just becoming very over-protective of him. =]
'Catcher In the Rye'? I've heard of it, but I've never read it.
I know some people that sound just like that. They have nice parents and a good home yet they complain like all the time. It's annoying.

Ahh, poor Jayden. Getting arrested is NO fun. He should feel like the luckiest person alive that he didn't actually spend any time in there. I was surprised that he called his teacher, but then again I'd forgotten that Mr. Spencer had given him his number. So, is Seaton the same guy as Black? I still have this feeling that there's a lot more to Seaton and I already thought he was a cop. Perhaps its my overactive imagination, but I had the feeling that Seaton was watching Alfred. Keeping tabs on him or whatever, but then he would have known he was making Jayden sell drugs for him, wouldn't he? Hmm... I'm so curious! Please update soon.

Aloha! =) Any fake food, huh? Oh, I'm in a chinese mood (even though that's not a fake food, but there ya go), so chinese it is!
Y'know, I didn't think it'd be Mr. Spencer who 'saved him', but it definitely works. Nice line of Jayden's: 'He can tell who I am by my lack of words.' That made me smile. And no, I couldn't imagine Jay without his sarcasm. He would be a... very unJay-like person if he didn't have it. (I know, terrible grammar there, but my brain's fried. And I have an english Lit Shakespeare essay to write sometime this weekend. Plus revise for an entire Module mock Biology exam. *sob*)
Hmm... a hidden agenda, eh? Kinda guessed that, I get the feeling Lt. Jacobs wouldn't have let Jayden go that easily if there wasn't an ulterior motive. Ah, Charlie bashing. It's so fun. He wasn't in this chappie, so I'll leave out the gory details this time. But they will return, I assure you.
Now then, yonks... *impromptu dialect lesson* It's a British colloquialism, I guess you could say. (Also Australian. Probably went over with the criminals (no offence meant if you're an Aussie) in the 1800/1900's when Britain colonised Australia.) Means a prolonged period of time, donkey's ages (another british colloquialism meaning same thing), that kinda jazz. I'm from Northern Ireland, so the British dialect creeps in a bit. Also Ulster dialect as well, and a bit of Scottish/Irish thrown in for good measure. If you ever get confuzzled, I'm only too glad to explain.
I ever tell you that this is one of the few stories where I'll make sure I read the chapter twice before I review it? That means it's good. And also means I'll look forward to the next installment!
P.S. I'm probably going to either embarrass myself or make myself seem VERY forgetful, but have you already told us why Jayden dislikes cars? Or is that something we'll learn about later? I refer to the earlier 'brain fried' comment if that's a silly question to ask. I also managed to smack my head off a bus wingmirror today, so that might've done it as well - thought I'd fit under it, as my usual titchy height allows, and forgot the three inch high heels I was wearing at the time. I know, stoopid.(I'm now gonna have to go and look through it to see if it says why.)
Anyway, I just rambled a wee too much there. I'm gonna go now. Bye! ^.^

another amazing update. sorry it took me so long! I had a bad feeling about mr. spencer, but i think it has been allayed... am i right or am I just way too trusting. Im so glad the cops let him off though I really wish Jayden would have told on his father... then again, no... oh well. great story, great update, great writing and I can't wait to see more. PS not exactly sad to see less of both charlie and alfred. They make me angry on the inside, but I like how their characters build Jayden's. :) enough from me... go write. lol
