This makes me think of High School. I'm not sure if that's what you had in mind when you wrote this, but the choice of the colours in this give it an adolescent feel, and I do believe people gain a great amount of wisdom from the High School experience. Between classes (and during, if you're anything like me), you learn a lot about life. Needless to say, I enjoyed this haiku.
