Hi! I just read your story and decided to write a review for you! (Duh!)
Well, first, having a couple of typo will discourage the readers to read more, especially on the first chapter.
The story was good! Main character's character was fully establish in just one chapter! And oh! so was the mother's.
Great job on that for the first chapter.
The chapter revolved mostly on what happened 6 months ago. So i think 'welcome to hell' isn't the most appropriate title for it.
Beginnings are suppose to be catchy, and explosive. Because it will determine if your readers will subscribe to your story and read more.
Well i know you knew that already, but what i want to say is that you did a good job there. Jackie's character is something that most people would want to look forward to. And the ending of the chapter was a good cliffhanger.

It is so beautiful chapter and I love it. :) I can see that Kraft kids are very smart because their father is lawyer. :D I am wonder what happen to Bobby's first wife who are the mother of krafts children? *curiously* OMG Trent and Theresa are the twin but have different personality. Trent sound so jerk. I am hope that he won't come to Jacqueline for information. *worried* I am glad that Jacqueline, Mylers and Naomi got along so well. Yay. :D I am wonder why Naomi use basement as her bedroom? *curiously* Now Jacqueline definitely will show her love, care, protective, chat and joy plus laugh with Mylers and Naomi. Yay. :D I am glad that Jacqueline hate pink and I hate pink too. :D I just wonder why Josephine can't let Jacqueline to pick the colours and style for her new room? *curiously* I love blue and green because its symbol of ocean and nature plus peace that relax me down. :D I am wonder how old are Theresa, Mylers and Trent? *curiously* OMG Theresa is very bad attitude. And Trent is just type of guy who prefer to be on his mobile. Poor Jacqueline. :( I like Mylers and he's very friendly guy. Cute story! It's cool to see a blonde who isn't stereotypical. And Gabe was freakin smug, luv it!
But ONE thing: I know it's narrated through Jackie but there seems to be more inner dialouge than there is action. For example, when her mom opened the door and hugged her it seemed like they were standing in the doorway until the end of the chapter. They didn't step into the foyer, or at least walk inside and close the door. Unless that's what you wanted. But that's just a tiny thing.
Other than that, great story! Cute characters! and awesome writing style!
