Wow, I mean, just wow. This was definitely one of your best, most focused chapters ever and was amazing to read, I got goosebumps doing it. This is reminiscient of your first chapter of Hell Gaite in the livid description of the environment and your talent at portraying werewolves in a completely believable and utterly eerie sense. When Kedyn pulled up his shirt to reveal his belly, the symbol of submission in real wolves, it was nothing short of great. Also the fact that the girl is young and Rurac's recognizing of this despite Kedyn's desire added more credibility. The interaction was stunning as well between Kedyn and the girl and her inherent obliviousness to his feelings, it was interesting to him humble himself before her, this powerful leader reduced to a love sick puppy (no pun intended), I really liked this chapter, definitely one of my favorites. I couldn't find any flaws in this one, PMS!

Wow, I really like this one as well, you seem to have a knack for taking cliched story ideas and transforming them with some new, wholly interesting element. Also, this story is lent credence by the absoluteness of it all, Kedyn rules absolutely and will not spare any who have committed crimes not to his liking, Rurac is just plain scary and it does seem to be a possibility that a wolf pack would have an executioner since there is always the pack member who brings down the kills in actual hunts. The set-up of the pack itself with the pups, alpha, and beta works as another element that makes this a very believable story, and therefore, all the more intriguing. It's interesting when you create a story that actually makes one question what could actually be out there in the world. The only question I had is toward the angle of the celestial maiden, are you familiar with the legend of the hagoromo, or is this maiden more in line with the moon priestess? Looking forward to more updates, great style!
