This is very good! And believeable! The language and grammer is just how I would expect someone from that time period to speak, and the generosity of the townspeople is also very realistic. Well done.

i dont think i have ever read this far...well, people seam unusually kind in the begining. and the endig reminds me of ben button...the movie...with a lovely actor :^)

hello again. when i saw the title i thought 'Black-Hearted-Rei'
but i didnt remember the 93 part. my brain has left me today. WITH OUT WARNING! damn brains..-kicks random can while sulking-..think they're so smart...
anyway, i love the description you put in. its really great and i can really picture the girl (...it is a girl, right? cuz, i dont think many boys would wear the dress. but if they did, good for them!...i guess) i could never write something so descriptive.
