wow-you just totally made my day with the 3 musketeers reference! I've seen it at least 20 or 30 times since I was born; I grew up on it, and my sisters and I still quote it all the time. And my babysitter used to imitate what's-his-name at the beginning when he says 'I'll get you D'ArtagnAN!' God, i love that movie. (and my work.)

Hi there! So I came upon this story and decided to give it a try... and I'm sure happy I did! It's pretty awesome. Good job with it. I'm sorry I didn't review any of the other chapters (except for the last one) but I figured with over 10 reviews, it probably wasn't that necessary. However, you did mention in a few of your A/N that you were dissatisfied with some of the chapters and as well, I found a few spelling/grammatical mistakes here and there. So if you chose to re-post a revised version, I'll be sure to re read it and review it.
Again, good job!

That was the sweetest ending ever. And your previous chapter didn't suck at all. then again I read this in one shot, so I would have hated to wait to find out what happened. But more importantly, it was a lovely distraction from studying finals, and I really really good suspenseful story. And hilarious. So good on you :)

Very hilarious, and cute as well. I've read your other stories and this is most definitely my favorite - I love June, I love her lists, and put together with her hot man-partner with a fatherly side I just really love this story.

Haha...I just read this entire thing from start to finish and I absolutely LOVED it! First of all, Gabby rocks, not only because she's such a cutie, but because she likes peanut butter and banana sandwiches - my FAVORITE! :) Aside from that, I found the mental musings and reactions of June to be amusing - hilarious, sometimes...most of the time (I surprised myself by actually laughing out loud during a lot of passages, which doesn't happen too often) - and believable. I loved the Buffy-esque beginning, liked that your vampires didn't feel too cliched - meaning they didn't just go around biting people and constantly oozing unrestrained sexiness all the time. Although, Matty...yeah, he was hot through the whole story, even when he was being a pain in the butt. I must tell you that for a small second I was actually afraid that June would try to walk away from him after everything was over - and I was relieved when, not only did she stick around (because those scenes in the bathroom between her and Matty were positively STEAMY), but when he came around about the whole soulmate thing.
