One word comes to mind when I read (and re-read and re-read and re-read...) this poem: epic.
Spanning years and continents, lives ruined, bloodshed, epic. You feel it and you taste it and it's there. I loved it.

"After all, liberation is when there is nothing left to lose."
& "tenants/of ground zero. Relief" are incredible lines.
I love how everything relates back and smiles at you through the screen.
