Suicide isn't something that happens just like that. There are a lot of emotions and thoughts and mainly a sense of helplessness that goes into it. For some people it's taking control of their life in the only way they can, and for others its just an end to problems that are too big for them to face.
But on a lighter note, its a nice enough poem. 'Breathe' should be 'breath' however. Good work.
