Aww it's a shame that so many authors have removed their stories from this site. I never got to read Horroscape before it was removed. I even missed the rant; did the removal have anything to do with the recent plagiarism bug? If so did you know the locked livejournal community that some authors, Myrika, SamanthaNicole and angels and effects have banded together to create called plagiarismhaven?

Hi!

I just got through reading the entirety of Horrorscape, as well as reading your homepage, and couldn't help but just to drop by, for what its worth, and leave a review on how incredibly awesome a writer you are. In my time here at FP, i have found very few authors that make stories that are anything worth reading. Your story, however,is riveting, interesting and with a well-thought out plot, which is something I love to see in a FP story ( something, unfortunately rare to come by). I also appreciate how you get me to care, or feel some kind of emotion, towards all characters. I can't tell you how many times i've read a story, all the while not really caring how the characters end up. You've got a real talent and I hate not to see you finish this story, especially with where it ended, and not write on here in general, unless you've got somewhere else you could update and i could read your stories. ^_^

And on the note of your comment on your homepage, i'm sort of appalled that your readers would actually have the gall to ask you if they could 'borrow' your poem for school? That's really ridiculous. And people hounding for you to update is the same deal, as well. I just hope you come back and write for all the devoted, non- plagerizing,non-jerk readers, okay? So try to come back eventually, 'cause that would be pretty awesome. I'm sorry for this being so long, I just really wanted to let you know that I think you're super talented and how much I enjoyed what's here of horrorscape. I wish i had read it sooner, so at least I could have seen a non-revised version of how the rest plays out. Btw,random question, if you don't mind answering, how exactly do people on fiction-press plagerize? Sorry to ask a stupid question, but do you mean they publish the same stories on an account on here? Couldn't you just ask the fiction-press people to take down their account for it? or do we even have those? Anyways, thanks so much for writing and taking the time to read this awful-long review!

Hey! I just wanted to say, I love your story. I had to search for it and re-read it because it's just brilliant. GM is such a sexy dark horse. Please update soon! I see you haven't posted since March. I hope everything's okay. You should definitely continue with this story. You're an incredibly talented writer with a knack for creating such likeable and riveting characters. Please update soon! x

This is absolutely amazing. the storyline and plot is so intricate and well thought out. It's 11:30 at night right now, and I've been up for the past hour or more reading. i couldn't stop. this story is addicting and i'm begging you, on my knees, to finish it. please.

There haven't been very many original, heart-racing, palm-sweating, must-read-more-now horror stories on FP recently. I honestly can't figure out what's gonna happen! Please update soon?

Okay, so I'm not one of your original readers, but I kept seeing this story all over the place, so I thought I'd take a look. What has been rewritten seems pretty good to me. It's kind of funny how long they're taking to remember him from high school, but maybe that's just because I remember everyone. There's something strangely alluring about GM isn't there? Perhaps I'm just strange, but I find myself attracted to him in a way. In any case, I'm really enjoying it so far, and have every intention of checking out some of your other stories. (Assuming you have any, I haven't actually checked yet...)

I just wanted to reiterate how much I love this story. I adored the original, and the remake somehow has become even better.

This is definitely one of the most intense stories I've ever read, and completely different to my normal likes. But it's amazingly awesome.

I hope you update soon, we've been waiting desperately for over 3 months now.

Cheers, Jayde.

I absolutely LOVE this story! .

I'm like totally bummed that you're not going to continue it =(

maybe one day you'll publish it? That would be seriously awesome! I'm not usually into horror, but this caught my eye and I am seriously impressed! I'm not going to beg you to update cause I realized that would just be annoying.

Maybe one day you can update again. if not, please consider having Horrorscape published! It's absolutely amazing in every chapter.

I'm sorry to hear that people have been trying to steal your work. That's really low. =(

LOVE your story,

take a break if you have to, half a year, a year, um... preferable not ten.

remember this is YOUR story, you do whatever you want with it, so don't will like you're obliged to do whatever you don't feel like to do. You have very loyal readers, ignore the others that are harassing, they obviously don't know how lucky they even read it, seriously, one of the things I like about this story is the darks themes, the mysteriousness to GM and basically how the story progressing, you somehow suck our attention and leave us craving for more.

Thank you.

You have no idea (or you probably do, actually...) of how much predictable, shallow, recycled and overdone nonsense comes from this site. I expect it - it's the net, and therefore inevitable.

This, however, is something much more intriguing. Much more exciting. Your unexpected twists, dark antihero's and the consistent level of suspense has created a wonderfully seductive story, which i can't wait to finish.

Thank you again.

This is not exactly a review on this specific chapter, but rather written as a response to what I read on your profile. After all your hard work and dedication to this site and your stories, I think it is only proper to do so. Thank you so much for writing everything you did. While I very rarely reviewed your stories (something that I am not exactly proud of), I always enjoyed reading them. I'll confess here and now to never having read Horrorscape mostly because I felt that I would not like the romantic relationship. I'm embarrassing to admit, but I'd rather read about girls who manage to find guys who, while they might not be perfect, will definitely have values and treat their girl/love/etc with respect. Afterall, the world is full of stories of grief and strife, why would I want to read even more things like that? Not to say that I avoid them completely, but it is a hard tendency to break.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you. Every time I see you update, I feel very happy to know that you wish to share your work with us, your readers. And, for the record, I think your chapters' length is more than sufficient. I find it shocking how readers can dare to harangue authors about not updating, when the authors are doing them an effing favor by sharing their thoughts and works. How stupid can you be to not realize that positive reinforcement (i.e. a review critiquing the story while pointing out flaws and strengths and telling tips on how to improve it or a message thanking the author for his or her hard work) has always been proven to work much better than diatribes or flaming.

Once again, thanks! I wish you the best of luck with all your future writing endeavors.

Ah you have to update this! Im meant to be revising for my graphics exam tomorrow but i havent been able to stop reading this. I dont usually read horror or suspense but it think i might take it up now, because this was brilliant! I love the way you built it up with each round getting worse and worse and i love trying to figure out whats really going through GM'S mind as well as Jasons and Charlies. I only had one problem though, and that was how none of them knew him but they still went to his party and didnt seem the slightest bit suspicious at all at the beginning. I seriously hope this story isnt on hiatus or something because i need to find out what happens!

i love all of your stories, and i remember even an old story that you've had taken down for quite a while. the one you were going to give to your mother upon completion, with all of the trials the girl must get through before a certain amount of time. i remember artemis aiding her, and such. all of your stories are great and worth being published some day and available for purchase. i completely respect your decision, even before you fully make it. plagiarism is not a sign of admiration, it's a crime. you write the stories as you please, not someone else's beck and call. you answer to no one but yourself, and like you said, people need to understand that. and i wish that all of them would have realized it sooner, before myrika and you and many other authors made your decisions.

whatever your decision, i fully support it, unless it does nothing to benefit yourself, which is the only person who matters in this case.

:]

i hope that one day, all of these will be resolved and you'll be able to write without worry. because your writing is amazing and completely enjoyable. should you ever publish a book, i'll be first in line for a signature. :]
