This is amazingly well written. Structurally, rhythmically... grammatically... *laughs* (couldn't leave that joke out).

Seriously, I had a nice little scene in my head. And the other interesting thing is that this can actually be applied outside of that scene. As we speak, my mind is going haywire about the many different scenarios this can be applied to.

Well done. Now my brain is on fire.
