I really like this poem, it is short but effective and has a great impact. The way you have alternated verse with a single line works great, repeating the structure... it´s a very grave poem, sadly true.

i think its better to be NOT abstract for poems like this
use less cryptic diction, and you can have a masterpiece
i love the idea though: repetition, then contrast. (very classic)
