Ouch. I want to *hug* your Nick. Poor guy. *coughs* And I would have to agree with him on the soul thing. It's just not worth it. (Unless you can use the soul to do something utterly fantastic like time travel, etc., naturally.) For some reason I find myself liking this story very, very much from just the first chapter...so I hope to see more soon. (And on a completely unrelated note, I'm trying to decide whether the character in a story I'm writing is female or male. I also have no name for them...which is a bit weird. But less so, because it's told in the first person.) Thanks!
