This was a great poem :)
I don't really know what else to say, other than that I wish I could poetry write like that; unfortunately, my poetry sucks, lol. I really liked the line, "Turning fields into oceans of green, yellow and red". I'm sorry to hear this was based on a friendship. :(
I've had a few relationships like that... I really hate backstabbers and traitors ;-; But I really like how you compared it to the season where everything begins to wither and die... Great job! :D
