I really, really like this. Normally I'm one to make fun of sad things... because I have the emotional capacity of a rock. But this was awesome. I could really feel the sadness of the song because you didn't use a bunch of meaningless trying-to-sound-pretty metaphors and other literary crap. You made it beautiful in the fact that in all of the symbolism you had a lot of plain, hard truth.
